Dhruv’s journey into IT wasn’t a straight line – but that’s what makes it powerful.
He began in finance, managing portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, but quickly realised his true passion lay with the systems behind the scenes. This drive to optimise led him to pursue a degree in computer science and move into IT. As a systems administrator, he saw an opportunity to improve how his company used IT tools. By developing automation scripts, he saved the business over €60,000 annually – proving the power of thoughtful, well-executed solutions.
Looking to make a broader impact, Dhruv transitioned into consulting, where his expertise and collaborative approach earned him a loyal client base. But he noticed a common issue: clients were often left with new tools but no support or understanding of how to use them. This sparked the idea for ollo – a company built on the belief that solutions should come from partnership, not just delivery. At ollo, clients are empowered to understand, evolve, and grow alongside the technology that supports them.

Aoife joined the ollo team with a background in digital storytelling and a passion for creating content that connects. She first got started making outdoors content aimed at beginners—demystifying hiking, camping, and bushcraft through engaging videos, accessible tips, and a good dose of humour. That experience taught her how to communicate clearly, build a strong community online, and create content that stands out in a crowded digital landscape.
At ollo, Aoife brings that same energy to the tech world—breaking down complex topics, developing smart content strategies, and helping the team connect with audiences in a more human, relatable way. With a focus on clarity, creativity, and authenticity, she supports marketing campaigns, social content, and brand messaging that reflect ollo’s values and voice.
When she’s not filming in the wild or diving into digital strategy, you’ll usually find her with a camera in hand, a cup of tea nearby, and probably too many ideas saved in Notion.
